I'm writing on behalf of Michael Bourg. Michael recently completed tiling an exterior project for my husband and me--a sunporch with an adjoining deck. To say that we are pleased with the finished product is an understatement. Michael's commitment to excellence made this the most enjoyable construction project we've ever worked on.

Michael and his crew came to the job site ready to work every day. They worked hard and enthusiastically. His work ethic kept the job running smoothly and efficiently, thereby creating a reasonable turnaround time. Since our project was completed in a timely manner, we could return quickly to "business-as-usual" at our home. The crew respected our home and property. They took extra care to avoid tearing up our yard and cleaned up after themselves every day.

Michael was easy to work with. He was patient and never showed frustration while we took time to explore all of our material options. We were able to bounce ideas back and forth with him and felt confident that we covered all possible elements of the project. Michael was also easy to approach with any concerns that arose during the project and was able to quickly dispel any of those concerns.

Michael is very knowledgeable about the industry in which he works. He is also very committed to upholding his industry's standards. Rather than trying to take shortcuts or hide shoddy craftsmanship, he was very forthcoming with what the current standards are and was committed to providing at least that level of service.

Michael is also very creative in that he is knowledgeable enough to know many ways to tackle a job. Our particular project came with some difficulties. There were several ways our issues could have been dealt with and my husband and I felt that Michael truly agonized over which method would produce the best possible outcome for our set of circumstances.

I cannot recommend highly enough the services of Michael Bourg--"Tile Man Mike." Our project was a great success, looks fabulous and is finally a functional piece of our home. We came away from the project with, not only a great finished product, but with friends that I will always be happy to recommend for a job.
